You are worth the investment

I get it—spending your hard-earned $$ on yourself can feel tough. You're not only investing money, but you're carving out time for therapy too (and we all know, time is money, right?). But what you're really investing in is you—your healing, your growth, and becoming (or rediscovering) the woman you know is inside. Sure, therapy can feel like a big leap, but the benefits? So. Worth. It.

I want you to feel confident about this investment, and that’s why I make sure we’re a great fit before we even begin. I’m committed to making every session valuable, and to helping you find lasting change—not just a quick fix.

I want you to feel valued throughout the entire therapy process and to find lasting change (not a temporary fix).

Initial intake assessment

$145

60 Minutes

During our first session (a.k.a. your “intake assessment”), we’ll dive into the paperwork you completed beforehand, get into family history, specific symptoms, and what’s going on for you right now. We’ll review assessments that you completed in your intake paperwork and, we’ll create goals to help you get the most out of therapy.

Individual Therapy Session

$135

55 Minutes

Therapy is so much more than just talking—it’s a space to build a strong relationship where you feel supported and heard. In these sessions, we’ll work together on learning practical skills to help you manage whatever life throws your way. Whether it's setting boundaries, improving emotional regulation, healing past trauma or managing ADHD, our focus is on meeting the goals we set at the start. Sessions are tailored to you, whether that means we’re deep-diving into strategies to handle anxiety or building up your confidence.

Cancellation Policy

Your scheduled time is saved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for 24 hours notice in advance. Late cancellations (those made with less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will incur a fee equal to the cost of an individual therapy session—$135. With notice, this ensures I can offer that time to someone else who may be waiting if you’re unable to attend your reserved time.

Out of Network Benefits

If you’re using Out-of-Network benefits, I can provide a Super Bill upon request. You can send this to your insurance company for possible reimbursement (although I can’t guarantee it). I recommend calling your insurance provider to check what your OON benefits are. Just a heads-up: for insurance purposes, I’ll need to provide a diagnosis when filing OON, just like if I were filing directly.
