Investment / fees

You are worth the investment

Spending your hard-earned money on yourself can feel tough. You're not only investing money, but you're carving out time for therapy too (and we all know, time is money, right?). But what you're really investing in is you—your healing, your growth, and becoming (or rediscovering) the woman you know is inside. Sure, therapy can feel like a big leap, but the benefits? It’s so worth it.

I want you to feel confident about this investment, and that’s why I make sure we’re a great fit before we even begin. I’m committed to making every session valuable, and to helping you find lasting change (not just a quick fix).

I want you to feel valued throughout the entire therapy process and to find lasting change.

Session Fees

$150
55- 60 Minutes

All individual sessions are the same rate, including your first appointment. I keep pricing consistent so there are no surprises or different fees to keep track of.

First Session vs. Ongoing Sessions

Your first session may feel a little different than sessions moving forward. It’s a chance for us to get oriented, review important background, and make sure working together feels like a good fit.

All sessions are the same length and rate. You can find a more detailed overview of what sessions look like on the What To Expect page. I’ve placed the link below.

Cancellation Policy

Your scheduled time is saved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for 24 hours notice in advance. Late cancellations (those made with less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will incur a fee equal to the cost of an individual therapy session—$150. With notice, this ensures I can offer that time to someone else who may be waiting if you’re unable to attend your reserved time.

Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna (WebTPA plans) and out-of-network with all other insurance providers.

If you plan to use Aetna/WebTPA benefits, I’ll need your insurance information before your first session so I can verify coverage and benefits. Once benefits are confirmed, I’ll let you know what to expect regarding copays, deductibles, or coinsurance.

For all other insurance plans, I am considered out-of-network. Payment is due at the time of each session.

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend checking directly with your insurance provider.
